Who we are?

The pages on this website (“the Website”) are published by E.I.P Limited (“EIP”), a company incorporated in the Isle of Man, with a company number 111304C, whose registered office is at 1 Parliament Square, Castletown, Isle of Man IM9 1LA.

EIP respects your right to privacy and will process personal information you provide only in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable privacy laws.

The information collected and how it is used

Where any information is collected, EIP uses this information to provide you with and maintain the quality of the Website and to analyse the use of the Website in order to help guide improvements. Personally identifiable information is not automatically collected.

We may also use any information that you have submitted to the website or advertising platforms to send you the relevant information you have requested, as well as using your data to market our offerings, products and services and keep you up to date on industry news.

We do not share, sell or rent your data with third parties without your previous consent or unless ordered to by a court of law.

To perform this marketing, we store your data in a core “Contact Management System” which is linked to our semi-automated marketing system. When we wish to put out marketing campaigns, names in this system are checked for suitability and if they have been asked to be marketed to.

Third-party use of information

Except as described above, EIP will not disclose, sell or rent your personal information to any third party unless you have consented to this. If you do consent but later change your mind, you may contact EIP to ask for any such activity to stop.

However, if a third party acquires all (or substantially all) of EIP’ business and/or assets, EIP (as applicable) may disclose your personal information to that third party in connection with the acquisition. EIP may also disclose your personal information where required to do so by applicable law, by a governmental body or by a law enforcement agency.

EIP may also collect anonymised details about visitors to the Website for the purposes of aggregate statistics or reporting purposes.

EIP may also collect details about visitors to the Website for marketing or sales activities. EIP shares an IP address with Radiate B2B Limited to generate a company name and domain name linked to the IP address of companies visiting the Website.

However, no single individual will be identifiable from the anonymised details collected for these purposes.


We will create cookies that are stored on your device for tracking visits which – for example – contain timestamps and session amounts (amounts of visits) as well as any preferences that you have indicated.

If using a live chat feature, we may also store a cookie that informs us that you have entered into a live chat before for streamlining the process.

Other cookies we store are primarily statistical and broadly anonymous (although geolocation, IP addresses and network addresses can be logged). Google Analytics, is a current example of “Big Data” collection. These help us improve and target content.

International transfers

EIP may transfer personal information that is collected from you to third-party data processors located in countries that are outside of the European Economic Area in connection with the above purposes. Whilst EIP takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard the personal information that you provide, no transmission over the Internet can ever be guaranteed secure. Consequently, please note that the security of any personal information that you transfer over the Internet to EIP cannot be guaranteed.

You have the following rights:

  • the right to be provided with copies of personal information that EIP holds about you at any time, subject to a fee specified by law;
  • the right to ask EIP to update and correct any out-of-date or incorrect personal information held about you free of charge; and
  • the right to opt out of any marketing communications that EIP (or any third party to whom they have disclosed your personal information with your consent) may send you.
